石嘴山河滨工业园区西部聚氯乙烯有限公司生产离子膜、烧碱等化工产品。工厂没有对污水处理就直接排放到黄河。

滚滚的浓烟，工人们也避之不及。

一个白灰窑都有几十个民工，他们每天把石灰块敲成7－8公分大小，石灰块主要供应给炼钢厂、电石厂作原料，生意非常兴隆

污染严重的工业园区刺鼻的气味、烟雾、粉尘扑面而来，放学的孩子只能捂住嘴通过。

在高耗能、高污染企业的民工没有任何防护措施，照样卖命的干活，每天大量粉尘吸进肺部。在这里干一、二年，他们就感到身体不适，甚至发病，这些民工大多是贫困地区来的.

满脸煤灰的妇女，每天能赚30元钱，她已经非常满意了。

旗盘井工业园区每天都有大量的工业废料（渣）拉到工业园区的东面草原上倾倒，严重污染草原，破坏生态，当地牧民向政/府多次反应情况，现在照样每天在倾倒工业废料。

小高炉炼铁厂也安装了环保设备，老板为了减少成本，搁置环保设备不用，成为摆设。含有大量粉尘的烟雾直接排放。

这些工业园都是在近五年内建起来的，一边建设一边生产一边污染。

石嘴山河滨工业园区，西或龙化工公司在围墙上写着持续发展之路，工厂里却是乌烟瘴气，严重影响地方生态环境。
