主要职责：
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Responsible for process improvement,new tooling approval, make new projects launch smoothly.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Responsible for new tooling tracking and approval,include cosmetics,function and reliability.
Responsible for tracking and review tooling`s performance in process.
Responsible for tooling issue`s analysis,solve and improvement according with productivity.
Responsible for process defect`s analysis,solve and correct,coordinate with RD solve RF
issue,improve design.
Responsible for set up standard molding condition,heat-staking parameter,material dry standard etc.
Responsible for new project`s SOP, involve the PFMEA, Flow chart to support projects launch smoothly.
RELATIONSHIP EXTERNAL&INTERNAL
Internal : Engineer,technician of relative department,QC,tooling,RD,MFG.
External : Component`s vendor.

Experience
At least 3 years working experience in process control of molding,assembly line.
Knowledge
Be familiar with mold structure,plastic molding injection,plating and assembly, work instruction edit and document man
Skills
Understand plastic characteristic,tolerance analysis and DOE test .
Qualifications
College degree on mold or mechanical major
