主要职责:
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Recruiter is responsible for managing the day-to-day recruiting operations for a defined territory across China.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting for Geography
•Work with local hiring managers to define and implement recruiting strategy for open positions across the geography.
•Actively identify internal and external candidates for open positions within our geography through use of available web tools, networking, cold calling, etc.
•Phone screen and interview candidates and recommend qualified candidates to the appropriate Business Unit(s) hiring managers. Refine search strategy by soliciting feedback on candidates presented.
•Manage agency activity, negotiate fees and monitor progress.
•Provide weekly, and quarterly reporting including status on open positions, candidate tracking, and other recruiting metrics (time to fill, cost per hire).
Global Infrastructure
•Implement our global recruiting methodology, company recruiting policies and procedures within geography. Customize local procedures under the broader corporate policy.
•Define and implement local all recruitment promotion and advertising for the geography including recruiting fairs and events, advertising, web accounts, collateral, etc.
•Manage the local employee referral and internal mobility programs.
•Trains management team on recruiting procedures, policy, technology and interview “Best Practices”.
•Participates in corporate recruiting projects with other Global recruiting team members.

EDUCATION
•Baccalaureate degree required
EXPERIENCE
•5+ years recruiting and staffing experience, preferably in a high tech company
•Knowledge of international employment laws specific to the position’s geography
•Full lifecycle recruitment experience
SKILLS
•Fluent in Mandarin, English a plus
•Outstanding oral and written communication skills
•Thrives in a fast-paced environment
•Strong project management and organizational skills
•Demonstrated creativity and initiative
•Collaborative, team player and customer service focused
