以前曾在霞洞镇呆过，不时从甘村桥经过。该桥在本人离开霞洞不久后开始断头，一直到现在都没有通行，整整三年。
今天，跟霞洞的朋友通话，又说起甘村桥。提起该桥时，朋友满腹怨气，谁叫他生逢不幸呢，谁叫住在甘村桥附近呢，断桥对他的生活跟生产造成的影响简直是一言难尽……
据朋友所言：
电白县霞洞镇甘村大桥于三年前崩塌。期间，全国人大代表、著名企业家崔真基曾捐款二百万，其兄亦捐五十万。崔还从有关部门拉来了很多款项。然而，尽管崔氏兄弟等人为断桥重建做了很大努力，工程进展还是非常缓慢。三年过去了，甘村桥的主体部分总算粗粗完工，但还是不能通行，还是两头紧紧封闭着。
附近经常需要从甘村桥经过的村民百思不得其解，为什么会这样呢？
